Returns + Exchanges 

To exchange or return your item please follow the below instructions:

We will accept exchanges and returns for items up to 30 days from when you receive the item. The item(s) must be unworn and in a saleable condition.

Please return items to the following returns address with your original Packing Slip. We would recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for any return orders which are lost in transit:

Please note that we are unable to cancel orders after they are placed but the above return policy can be followed once you have received your order. 

Whilst all of our items undergo quality control before they are dispatched, if you are unhappy with the quality of any items received from us then please do get in touch below so that we can find a solution. To receive a refund or replacement for damaged or defective items, customers must return the item in its original condition. Refunds cannot be issued without a returned product.

We are not responsible for packages once they have been confirmed as delivered. Refunds or replacements are not issued for issues including alleged theft after delivery without verified proof.
